David Soner, born in 1974 in Metz and currently residing in Luxembourg, embraced Hip Hop culture in adolescence at the time of its emergence. Within this underground culture, he explored various disciplines such as breakdance and rap. However, it was through the art of graffiti that he discovered his true passion. He began to write his pseudonym, "Soner", in the streets of Metz, in tribute to a missing friend who had suggested this artistic name to him.

Soner, much more than a destructive spirit, was above all fascinated by aesthetics. This preference led him to integrate a graphic school, thus changing the medium of his artistic work and leading him to expose his creations. Under this pseudonym, much more works are hidden than could be imagined at first glance. His obsessive quest for signature gradually oriented him towards calligraphy, influenced in particular by Arabic calligraphy. His style then evolved by integrating contemporary influences, which gave modernity to his work. His works are distinguished by their finesse and precision, testifying to his artistic experience and delicate selection of colours. Soner established himself as an expert in visual identity.
