RUSCONI Tino
Biography of Tino Rusconi
Tino Rusconi, born in 1958 in Lecco, Italy, is an Italian painter who devoted much of his life to the city of Bergamo. For several years, he has resided in the nearby village of Mapello. Although from a technical background, Tino discovered his passion for painting at the age of 21 in the workshop of local artist Gilberto Peruta. Under his supervision, he acquired the basics of the profession and began to develop his own pictorial language.
Career and exhibitions
During his first years of learning, Tino Rusconi explores various techniques and pictorial styles, working both in acrylic and oil, and drawing on the works of 19th and 20th century artists. This period of intense experimentation led him to forge a personal aesthetic that combines tradition and modernity. His works have been exhibited in several exhibitions, and some have been auctioned, reflecting the interest of collectors in his art.
Style and influences
Inspired by the inhabitants and landscapes of his native region, Tino Rusconi creates timeless decors combining arabesque and nuances, oscillating between abstraction and figurative, reality and imaginary. Using a mixture of acrylic and oil, and favoring a range of warm tones, its compositions give rise to an evanescent and theatrical atmosphere. The artist deliberately seeks to blur the landmarks, thus offering several levels of interpretation and proposing a unique vision of urban scenes in northern Italy.
