Description
In this brilliant screenprint of 2023, the famous yellow cat of Thoma Vuille invites himself in Paris with his contagious smile and his arms wide open. Re-getaway Capture the mischievous and optimistic spirit of M.Chat, Emblem of the French Street Art since the 2000s. In the background, the Parisian roofs and the Eiffel Tower are a wink to the capital, while the main character seems to invite us At the joyous escape, in the heart of a city that the artist knows intimately.
Printed on vellum paper in 75 x 75 cm format, this original screen printing is signed and numbered by the artist. Franching colors, the black trait affirmed and the square format reinforces the visual impact of the work, which combines accessibility and graphic power. Re-getaway is an invitation to regain childhood, humor and urban poetry in an immediately recognizable artistic gesture. A certified work, at the crossroads of the street and the collection.
