Dan REISINGER is an Israeli artist born in 1934 in Serbia, whose minimalist works with geometric shapes are exhibited worldwide. After the death of almost his entire family during the Holocaust, he emigrated with his mother to Israel, where he was accepted in 1950 at the Bezall Academy of Arts and Design in Jerusalem as the youngest student of his time.

After spending several years in different countries and in many art schools in Europe, he returned permanently in 1966 to Tel Aviv and founded his own design studio. His works have since been part of collective and individual exhibitions around the world.

He has designed numerous posters with political, social and cultural themes, as well as calendars and more than 150 logos for international companies, such as the airline El Al. His works include the Tel Aviv Museum of Arts logo and an aluminium relief of 50 metres with a Hebrew Bible citation on the front door of the Yad Vashem Memorial.

Reisinger is one of Israel's most famous and influential graphic artists, whose Jewish roots are always found in his works in geometrical and minimalist style. For example, he tried to associate Hebrew symbols and letters in his work to broaden visual and communicative possibilities.
