On the weekend of 17 and 18 June 2023, a renovated building of Marly Frescaty's former Air Base 128 turned into a real temple of urban art. In collaboration with the Secours Populaire and A phase2style, The third edition of Graff to be solidaire brought together more than 20 renowned French artists in the field of graffiti. This event created a unique experience where creativity, commitment and solidarity were harmoniously intertwined.
For three consecutive years, the Popular relief, in collaboration with A phase2style, an organization committed to the promotion of urban art, organizes this unique event. Their common objective is to promote urban art while raising funds to support the social actions of the association. With Graff to be supportive #3, the enthusiasm for this initiative is growing, reflecting the positive impact and increasing importance of urban art in our society.
The former building of Marly Frescaty Air Base 128 was the ideal setting for this edition. The hangar plates, once dull and monotonous, were transformed into real works of art for the occasion. This atypical support, with a past history, offered artists a blank canvas to express their creativity. Each fresco, each tag was a unique artistic expression, reflecting the diversity of styles and messages conveyed by graffiti.
The visitors, curious and passionate, were able to be soaked in the creative effervescence on the scene. They discovered bold and committed works, captivated by the mastery of the artists who were able to bring their ideas to life on these disused walls. It was also an opportunity for the general public to immerse themselves in the world of urban art and to better understand its social and cultural issues.
Beyond aesthetics, Graff to be solidarity #3 brought together the actors of solidarity and art around a common cause. The funds raised during the event will help support the actions of the Secours Populaire in favour of the most vulnerable. It was therefore with great satisfaction that the association and its partners saw the enthusiasm generated by this third edition.

This initiative proves once again that graffiti is not limited to wild tags, but can convey strong messages and act as a lever for social change.

Here are some of the artists who marked their presence at this event: Xela, Williannwln, Media_odv, Leskule, Sorga, Koye and Ikonas to name only them.
