Description
This original screen printing of M.CHAT (Thoma Vuille), titled Bee kisses (2024), deploys the happy and solar universe of the artist in a vibrant and abundant composition. On a format of 61 x 68 cm, the famous yellow cat stands in the foreground, radiant with energy and in a good mood, its broad smile becoming the very expression of optimism. Around him, a profusion of flowers with vibrant colors welcomes small troops, light and mischievous figures, like messengers of a poetic and playful world.
In the background, the evocation of a Parisian monument - The Pantheon - inscribes the scene in the urban universe that has been in the process of being in the beginning. Originally from Orleans, Thoma Vuille started to paint his yellow cat on the walls of the city in the late 1990s before settling in Paris, where he continues to develop his artistic language, mixing street art and contemporary iconography.
The strength of the work lies in the graphical simplicity of its flat-colored flat, highlighted with marked black outlines, which confer on an immediate visual intensity. This screen printing, numbered TP ../25 and handled by the artist, is certified, guaranteeing its authenticity. Bee kisses Includes the essence of M.Chat's work: an art bearer of light and poetry, able to transform the daily into a game and dream space.
